Material Characteristics

Mingskye (PP white board/synthetic paper) series materials, after special surface treatment, present a matte white or frosted finish . They feature excellent rigidity and toughness, high whiteness, resistance to high temperatures and aging, waterproof and moisture – proof properties, insulation, environmental friendliness, scratch resistance, and enable fine printing. Meanwhile, they can be customized to produce materials of different density levels according to different customers’ performance requirements for the materials.

Material Applications

PP white boards are widely used for printing machine/duplicator cover plates, electronic components, circuit partition plates, back plates of LCD screens, nameplates, various types of signs, etc.

PP synthetic papers are widely applied in the decoration industry, packaging industry, self – adhesive label papers, in – mold labels, composite papers, photographic papers, and paper – made handicrafts, etc.

Material Testing and Certification

The materials have passed relevant tests such as RoHS, Reach, whiteness value, roughness value, black spot test, density (specific gravity), sulfur content test, halogen test, and negative ion pollution test, and relevant test reports can be provided.
