Material Characteristics

Mingskye biaxiallyially oriented ed polypropylene (BOPP) films are divided into glossy films and matte films (matt films). Both types of materials are colorless, odorless, tasteless, and non – toxic, and have high tensile strength, impact strength, rigidity, toughness, and good transparency. BOPP films have good printing adaptability and can be color – printed to achieve an exquisite appearance effect. Therefore, they are often used as the surface layer material of composite films.

Material Applications

BOPP glossy/matte films are widely used in printing, lamination, coating, and other industries, including printing films, composite films, adhesive tape films, shrink – wrap films, matt films, etc. They are used in electronic product packaging, gift packaging, tobacco and alcohol box packaging, food packaging, cosmetics packaging, sheet protection, self – adhesive labels, beverage labels, paper – plastic laminates, commodity labels, advertising printing, books and magazines, label stickers, and overall packaging, and other industries and application fields.

Material Testing and Certification

The materials have passed relevant tests such as RoHS, Reach, halogen tests, halogen content tests, high – low temperature impact aging tests, insulation resistance tests, high – temperature resistance performance tests, wear resistance tests, and compressive strength tests.
